Position Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber professionalto join the Board of Directors. This role is pivotal in supporting our CEO and
executive team in business development at the highest levels. The successful
candidate will leverage their existing C-suite network to facilitate strategic
introductions and help position the company for long-term growth, especially in
sectors with strong demand for AI-driven software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· • Advise the CEO and leadershipteam on strategic growth opportunities and corporate development.

· • Actively leverage a personalC-level network (CEO, CFO, CTO, etc.) to create high-value business
introductions.

· • Provide input on marketpositioning, value proposition, and client acquisition strategies.

· • Support the company’soutreach into key sectors requiring outsourced software development, with an
emphasis on AI solutions.

· • Participate in boarddiscussions and contribute to the company’s strategic direction and governance.

Target Network Sectors

The candidate should maintain strong andcredible relationships in at least one of the following sectors:

· • Telecommunications

· • Banking and FinancialServices

· • Private Equity / FundManagement

· • Technology Startups

· • European Commission /EU-affiliated institutions

Candidate Profile

· • Senior-level experience inbusiness, technology, or investment sectors.

· • Established network ofC-suite relationships in the relevant industries.

· • Demonstrated ability tosupport high-level strategic initiatives.

· • Understanding of orexperience with outsourced software development and AI technologies.

· • Previous board experience isdesirable but not essential.

· • Strong interest incontributing to the growth and strategic success of a technology-driven
company.

Location & Time Commitment

This is a non-executive, advisory role.Board meetings are held quarterly, with additional participation in strategic
engagements as needed. The candidate is expected to dedicate a minimum of five
(5) working days per month to this role, focusing on strategic networking,
introductions, and board participation.
