The start-up first phase includes the current effort to mobilize a large number of stakeholders in a European Nasdaq type exchange as documented on the website of the Equity Markets Forum.

Once this group constituted they will concentrate on analysing the features of the market,

an action plan to recruit more stakeholders,

develop and execute a promotion campaign ( press, conferences,seminars. The most appropriate corporate structure will need to defined together with the geographic location and regulatory framework. Initial recruiting to be able to execute phase 2 of the start up and organise a second funding round. A Board of Directors will be put in place by a corporate governance committee

Funding will be procured from the initial stakeholders and/or their relationships. An option plan and favorable pricing for the second round will be made avallable.
